Silly Boy

Prestyn just learned how to do this today I though it was too cute since he just walked up to me and started doing it. He cracks me up he loves discovering new noise's and things to do. his other favorite noise right now is to growl at you that's Kevin and his little thing right now!

Prestyn Walking (day 3)

Please ignore the mess of toys and clothes prestyn dragged from my pile of clothes I was just folding. As always my living room looks like a tornado riped through it called Prestyn. Even picking up is a lost cause since he comes right up behind me and dumps it back out. I don't normally get a clean living room until he goes to bed or during nap time. I hope though you enjoy watching this as much as I do, It's so exciting to see him doing this and sad at the same time since he's growing up so fast. I guess this just means that we need to try for a little girl soon....lol (not) sorry Madison I don't think it's ever going to happen Prestyn has we going crazy now cant imagine adding another one!

Birthday Wreath

So you ask what can you do with 300 balloons well here is what I did. I am going to basically go with the balloon theme since I can just add pretty much anything I want to it! I saw this on howdoesshe.com which can I just is my new favorite site. My thumb is bruised and sore after pushing all the "U" shaped pins in, but it looks like my pain and suffering turned out pretty cute. The best thing of all is I can continue to use it for birthdays which is a bonus for how much it cost to make!!!!

Eeks

Just in case you cant read the writing on the invitation it says " One candle on the cake. On September 4th, don't be late! Our baby's wish, he's turning one. Is that you'll be there for all the fun."

Prestyn just started walking 2 nights ago he is a little boy on a mission now Its so funny to watch him he is so proud of himself every step gets a squill of joy! He also last week cut in 2 more bottom teeth so this now makes 8 teeth by 10.5 months old. Time is going by so fast right now I am just trying to plan his 1st birthday I made is invitations all by myself and bought some of his party decorations I really hope it turns out cute. Were going to have a barbecue at a park by our house with some family(very little) lol! Lots of great friends from work and church here's a peek at the invitations and what his birthday decor will be tried making it simple and basic so I can add what ever I want later to it.

I know one thing I can do with out though these days are his screaming tantrums over nothing and everything Sunday we had enough of it and he got spanked it was kind of comical since he stoped screaming and sat against the wall with his lip out his hands crossed and whimpering wanting someone to feel bad for him this worked for a while till the screaming began again about a hour later.....I'm thinking of investing in ear plugs!

Moms new gun

Kevin bought mom a hot pink BB gun so she could shoot and kill all the birds getting to the fruit trees and garden. Mom's expression was too funny these pictures did not capture it well enough. GO MOM!!

Eclipse Trilogy

I went to the Eclipse Trilogy with Marissa I had so much fun I have never done anything like this before and may not do it again, but it was so fun I did not make it home till after 3:30am I was so tired the next day thankfully Kevin got up with Prestyn so I did get a little more sleep.

Bath Time

I love bath tub picture's! Rowen joined Prestyn this night to help bring down his fever poor baby was cutting his first teeth and was miserable. I think Rowens and Prestyn's expressions are funny Rowens just inspecting everything and Prestyn as always is happy and chewing on something. For being 3 months apart these to are dang near identical in size! It's so funny to see these two together and how much a few months can make a difference in how much their alike and different.

The Children's Museum

Mom and I took the kids to the Children's Museum in Mesa. None of us have been there before and it was fun of course Jayden and Madison were not interested in most of the things there until we showed them what it did, then of course they had fun and liked it. The coolest thing had to be the black light caulk bored room I want one now in my own house! the room with all the blocks seemed to be the biggest hit! Unfortunately there was a rude employee who had a issue with Madison and Jayden

playing like they were and yelled at them then told me Prestyn had to leave if he did not have shoes. Thankfully she disappeared before I jumped in her face after she left we had fun again and the girl that was their working was egging on Jayden and Madison, not sure what the other chicks issue was.

July AZ trip

The kids were shooting the BB guns first I loved how into it Jayden got every time he was crouched down and so determined to hit his target.

We took our Summer trip up to Arizona to see the kids and family, these are a few pics from our trip. I know I am a little behind on posting, but been busy or to lazy to upload. We were out at Uncle Jacks in Queen Creek just a bit up the road from his house. Unfortunately it got darker faster than we were expecting so the boys and kids went back out that following morning. We also road Quads that night before going shooting. We had so much fun that night even the kids had a blast! Of course a day is not complete without the fights towards the end! Jayden also ended up hurt after shooting the Shot Gun he had his face too close to the gun and when it jerked back it smashed into his nose causing it to bleed a little but all was ok nothing more serious even though we could not get him to shoot it again. We were shocked at how well they did!

New First's

Well Prestyn is growing up faster than I think I am prepared for I know their are some things I'm eager to see him grow out of, but others I wish would stay a little longer. Prestyn has officially taken his first 4 steps this week all by himself and with out anyone begging him. I was shocked to watched this since we usually have to trick him into it. He has not seem to make much more progress than this, but I am sure that he will soon enough. Prestyn is so busy sometimes when I loose him in the house all I have to do is go into the bathroom. He loves hanging out in there whether its to sit and wait for us to get out of the shower or to just explore the new things he can do. Today he discovered that he can turn on the water in the bath tub, I could have stopped him before he did it but it was too funny to watch him. Not so funny though when dad is in charge and he wanders in to the bathroom taking the rolls of toilet paper and dunking them in the toilet. Gross I know, three rolls later and after I asked Kevin where Prestyn was he was not a happy camper since his fun had been interrupted. The only good thing was I had just got done cleaning the bathroom and toilet. I like to call him my little tornado since every room he wanders in ends up looking like one came thru after he leaves. I feel like I am loosing an endless battle with his toys in the living room since he dumps everything out and just swishes his hand thru it to spread it out as far as possible. He would rather make a mess than play with the toys most the time since he's usually following me around like a leach and wining if I am not caring him around everywhere I go. Heaven forbid I walk by and ignore him you would have though I stepped on him with the way he acts. None the less I love him and don't know what I would do with him not around with all the quiet and lack of something to do! Soon I know I'll have a neither set of problems especially since he will turn 1 in September. Makes me sad just thinking about it!

AAAAHHHHH

I know every mom goes thru this and I'm not the only one, but I lately cant stand my child! I know that's horrible for me to say, but he is in a stage right now where nothing makes him happy and he just wines just because he can. I loved it when he learned how to say "momma" can I just say I never thought I would be so sick of hearing on word. I know it will pass, but not having Kevin ever home and also trying to get my homework done for my classes is really taking a toll. I need to find a outlet during the week to allow me a break and something fun for Prestyn. I cant wait until this clingy stage is over I just hope it's soon for both mine and Prestyn's well being. I LOVE BEING A MOM.....lol

9 Months

Prestyn is now 9 months old man how time flys. We saw the Dr on Wednesday and thankfully he does not need any shots till hes 1, so they just took his height and weight and made sure he was healthy. He is now 30 inches long and weighs 22lbs 4oz, he is in the 80th percentile for his age group. He is such a big boy and growing soo fast. Since my last update he had started crawling at 7 months and at the same time started pulling himself up on everything he could find. About a week after that he had found his legs and loves to cruse around......as much as I can do anyways! He is so curious and everything is his toy. He is a pro at walking around the furniture and shifting to different ones without having to climb down! My worst fear also came true today Climbing.....yep climbing I just found him dangling off his highchair and of course before I could grab him he fell thankfully unhurt and not faced since their was not even a cry or whimper from him (only the ones coming from me :)

I don't think I'm ready for whats to come ones he does

decide to start walking on his own which I'm sure is not too far off since his balance improves everyday and barely needs much assistance now.....I'm just ready for his teething to be done with he now has 6 teeth 2 on the bottom and 4 on top with the other 2 on bottom starting to show signs of possibly coming in soon! Cant wait till its all over with he is not pleasant to be around when he's in pain.

Visit at Grandmas

We went 3 wks ago to Kevin's mom's house in Gladewater to one so Kevin could help bleed her boyfriends breaks on his truck, but to also see his Grandpa. Prestyn was a busy busy baby that day he had just started crawling and shortly after that had decided he would rather be on his feet. He was not happy unless he was cruising around.....man that really kills a back too. Since he was so busy we ended up having to create a makeshift play pen....can we say red neck! It didn't matter to Prestyn though and it helped to give us a break from the walking........thank goodness. I love the picture with the boots I think it's too cute. This was JJ who is the son of Dean (mom's boyfriend).
